This document describes a Professional Conversion Programme (PCP) that aims to facilitate career transitions into new job roles through training and work attachments. The PCP targets mid-career switchers and fresh hires with at least 2 years of work experience. It provides classroom training, on-the-job training, and mentorship opportunities. Employers can initiate company-specific PCPs. The government provides course fee and salary support subsidies to encourage hiring and retraining. A variety of PCP options are available or in development for roles such as cybersecurity professionals, software developers, and data analysts.
