                     Deciding on suitable promotional methods and materials

                     Now you have identified the target audience(s) for your festival, you need to consider the
                     ways in which you could reach your audience to make them aware of the festival.

                     1      In the first column, list the type of promotional materials you could use to market your
                            festival, for example posters, flyers, press release.

                     2      In the second column, identify where you could target and/or distribute the materials.

                     3      Use the third column to make notes regarding the promotion of specific events etc.

                     4      Include distribution deadlines and timings of publicity events in the final column.
