Christians are the called-out. We are called out of the world into the marvelous light of God. In this sermon, Bro. Monday Umoh carefully examined who is called, how one is called, what one is called for, to who one is called for, etc.
1 Thess. 5:16 commands that we should "Rejoice Evermore." Being joyous is directly related to how we perceive the circumstances surrounding us. No matter what happens - good or bad - we must see everything as the will of God and continue to give Him thanks always. This is the secret of being joyous.

Read the presentation for all details about family planning methods. May the Lord bless you all in Jesus' name. Amen.
Bit by bit we learn how to be calm. Being still and calm gives us strength and ability to withstand the stress of constant change. Calmness can preach a powerful sermon even when few words are spoken.
God is a refuge in times of trouble (vv. 1-3)
God is with us in times of trouble (vv. 4-7)
God must be thought of in times of trouble (vv. 8-11)
In Heb 8:3-5:
3) Every high priest is appointed to offer both gifts and sacrifices, and so it was necessary for this one also to have something to offer. 4) If he were on earth, he would not be a priest, for there are already men who offer the gifts prescribed by the law. 5) They serve at a sanctuary that is a copy and shadow of what is in heaven. This is why Moses was warned when he was about to build the tabernacle: "See to it that you make everything according to the pattern shown you on the mountain."
This is a teaching presented during the 50-Sunday Programme of the Church of Christ, Sangotedo in order to edify the saints and visitors on the Pattern of Worship of the New Testament Church.

"Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free." - John 8:32. The truth is absolute. The truth is immutable. The truth in priceless. The truth is invaluable. The truth must be defend and guarded jealous.
Read this powerful presentation by Evang. Effiong Tom. God bless you.
Our beloved Bishop, Brother Itse Enonuya admonished and encouraged the congregation to grow her interest in the work of evangelism.
He asked this key question: What makes an evangelistic congregation?
In Summary:
1. An evangelistic congregation is one committed to pleasing their Lord,
2. An evangelistic congregation is one that is committed to a spiritual relationship with Jehovah God.
3. An evangelistic congregation is one that is completely committed to the concept of reaching out to the lost.
4. An evangelistic congregation is one that is balanced in reaching out to the lost.
In life there are certain things that are priceless. Once we sell them it become difficult and sometimes impossible to buy back.
We must realize that we have bought with a higher price and a higher premium placed on us by God. Therefore, we must not cheapen ourselves.
Finally, I want to leave you with this philosophical quote: “THE INTEGRITY OF A MAN IS NOT ON HOW MUCH HE CAN ACCEPT, BUT ON HOW MUCH HE CAN REJECT, EVEN WHEN HE IS IN A POSITION TO ACCEPT”.
As Christians, we have various possessions. We are gifted by the Holy Spirit in various ways. It is our duty as Christians to protect these possessions through Faith in God. Read this wonderful presentation for the full text of the sermon by Bro. Emem Idango.
In Jude 17-23 Jude shifts from piling up examples of false teachers from the Old Testament to a series of practical exhortations that flow from apostolic instruction. He preserves for us what may well have been part of the apostolic catechism for the first generation of Christ-followers. In these instructions Jude exhorts the believer to deal with 3 different groups of people: scoffers who are "devoid of the Spirit", believers who have come under the influence of scoffers and believers who are so entrenched in false teaching that they need rescue and pose some real spiritual risk for the rescuer. In all of this Jude emphasizes Jesus' call to rescue straying sheep, leaving the 99 safely behind and pursuing the 1.

Homily: The Solemnity of the Most Holy Trinity Sunday 2024.docxJames Knipper
Countless volumes have been written trying to explain the mystery of three persons in one true God, leaving us to resort to metaphors such as the three-leaf clover to try to comprehend the Divinity. Many of us grew up with the quintessential pyramidal Trinity structure of God at the top and Son and Spirit in opposite corners. But what if we looked at this ‘mystery’ from a different perspective? What if we shifted our language of God as a being towards the concept of God as love? What if we focused more on the relationship within the Trinity versus the persons of the Trinity? What if stopped looking at God as a noun…and instead considered God as a verb? Check it out…
The Book of Joshua is the sixth book in the Hebrew Bible and the Old Testament, and is the first book of the Deuteronomistic history, the story of Israel from the conquest of Canaan to the Babylonian exile.
