This document provides an agenda and overview for a workshop on interview processes and biases. The workshop aims to address mindsets and behaviors to increase awareness of biases. It will cover the different types of interviews - exit, stay, appraisal, and hiring. Participants will do a role play activity where some enact an interview scenario and others observe for what goes right and wrong. They will then break into groups to present on one of the interview types. At the end, the groups will discuss what went wrong in the role play, the consequences, why the role play is important, how it could have been done differently, and then teams will be divided up for the different interview types.
