Goals To develop common, evidence-based strategies for improving, monitoring, and evaluating adherence support To set a sustainable adherence agenda for ICAP overall and within specific country programs
Objectives Review current level of adherence in ICAP programs Share lessons learned and acquire new skills Identify strategies for improved monitoring and evaluation of adherence interventions Develop country specific work plans for improving adherence

Key Adherence Strategies Appointment systems Integrated tracking and tracing systems MDT approach to adherence counseling and assessment Peer education/expert client programs Community linkages and referral

At the end of the day…. 100% of ICAP supported sites with functional appointment systems 100% with reliable and valid counseling and assessment strategies in place By end of 2010 (or earlier)
