The Workbrain Delivery Analyst is a client facing role responsible for the delivery of time keeping
functions and the integration with other operational aspects of payroll delivery. The individual is
accountable for maintaining contractual service levels and ensuring accuracy of time and attendance
calculation and payout.
Responsibility Areas:
Performs research leveraging multiple applications
Follows SOP documentation and maintains integrity of documentation as changes occur
Adheres to internal and external audit requirements
Proactively look for resolution of potential service delivery issues and provides input towards
process improvement
Maintains interaction with client counterparts
Identifies issues that may be systemic in nature and escalates accordingly
Partners with technical team for production issue triage and resolution
Supports acceptance testing of ongoing processes as required
Able to run pre-written queries and modify as needed
Acts as referral for the other domains and off-shore teams around application / process questions
Supports small client projects with BAU direction
Functions as SME for Service Center to provide feedback as appropriate
Supports service escalations from the client as well as on/off-shore team members
Qualifications
Formal Education & Certification
High School Diploma or equivalent with work related experience or Bachelors degree or
equivalent work experience required
Knowledge & Experience:
2-3 years experience with Time and Attendance technologies
Minimum one year working knowledge of Workbrain, Infor HCM Workforce Mgmt

2. Basic SQL knowledge preferred - writing, modifying and general understanding
Proven analytical and problem solving skills required
HRMS/Payroll experience is desired
Strong attention to detail and execution
Able to multi task and review data for trends
Ability to work under tight deadlines and understands stakeholder impacts
Demonstrate analytical skills, is a self-starter and can operate with direction from senior team
members
Technical Skills:
MS Office - thorough knowledge of Excel and Word
Ability to navigate and learn multiple systems
Basic understanding of timekeeping state regulations
Basic understanding of internal controls
Ability to recognize a system defect
