Working Out What is the importance of working out?
What is harmed in the body if you do not work out? You can get obese and lazy. You can strain muscles that you normally would not strain. You could have a heart attack or a stroke.
What can happen to your body if you do not work out? Muscles can become lazy. Atrophy-the wasting away of muscles when they are not in use. Higher risk of blood clots.
What is dieting? The practice of ingesting food in a regulated fashion to achieve or maintain a controlled weight. In most cases, dieting is used in combination with physical exercise to lose weight in those who are overweight or obese.
What are push-ups? An exercise for strengthening arm muscles performed by lying face down with the palms on the floor and pushing the body up and down with the arms. Push-ups are a great exercise for the chest and triceps.
What different types of exercises can you do? Flexibility Exercise Aerobic Exercise Anaerobic Exercise
