“Connect the Dots” is a book written by Rashmi Bansal (entrepreneur, writer, blogger all rolled into one). It tells the stories of courage, determination and inspiration of 20 people from different backgrounds who chose to become entrepreneurs without doing an MBA. This is her 2nd book. Her 1st book “Stay Hungry Stay Foolish” was a similar story of famous entrepreneurs. But the difference was that all of them had done their MBAs from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
Two of my greatest learnings from the book are –
1. It isnt necessary to do an MBA to become an entrepreneur because academic qualifications shouldnt decide a person’s future and career.
2. The entrepreneurs today are in hurry to make as much money as possible as fast as they can. In any new project the first few years are really challenging and one should be ready for that.
In the rapidly evolving global economy, women entrepreneurs are becoming a pivotal force for innovation, job creation, and economic development. This PowerPoint presentation delves into the journey, challenges, and triumphs of women in entrepreneurship, highlighting the unique contributions and the transformative impact they bring to various industries. Through a blend of statistical analysis, case studies, and theoretical frameworks, we explore the barriers women face in the entrepreneurial landscape, such as access to capital, gender bias, and work-life balance issues. Additionally, the presentation sheds light on the strategies that successful women entrepreneurs have employed to navigate these challenges, including leveraging technology, building supportive networks, and advocating for policy changes. We also examine the role of governments, educational institutions, and private sectors in supporting women entrepreneurs and fostering an inclusive ecosystem that empowers women to thrive as business leaders. By the end of this presentation, attendees will gain insights into the importance of nurturing women entrepreneurship, the potential it holds for societal and economic advancement, and actionable steps that can be taken to break down the barriers women face in the business world.

Russian anarchist and anti-war movement in the third year of full-scale warAntti Rautiainen
Anarchist group ANA Regensburg hosted my online-presentation on 16th of May 2024, in which I discussed tactics of anti-war activism in Russia, and reasons why the anti-war movement has not been able to make an impact to change the course of events yet. Cases of anarchists repressed for anti-war activities are presented, as well as strategies of support for political prisoners, and modest successes in supporting their struggles.

WHY THIS PROJECT?
Maximum bootleggers are widows and there are no other
sources of income to the family.
Quality of home-made liquor is bad.
They indulge in activities like robbery or chain snatching etc.
They have been imprisonment for 6-10 months under PASA
(Prevention of Anti Social Activities Act.)
They were earning up to Rs. 300/- to 1500/- by selling home-
made liquor.
They are also sexually/mentally harassed by their clients.
Their children are deprived of better education/ better job
opportunities due to their (Chhara) community name & their
