2. What is an Operating System
It is an integrated set of specialized programs used to manage overall resources
and operations of the computer. It is a specialized software that controls and
monitors the execution of all other programs that reside in the computer, including
application programs and other system software.

3. History Microsoft Windows operating system
1. Windows operating system was developed by Microsoft to overcome the
limitation of its own MS-DOS Operating System.
1. First successful version were Windows 3.0, in 1990. Subsequently released
version were Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows
Vista, Windows 7 & latest Windows 8 and last but not the least windows 10.
