PDHPE in primary schools aims to develop students' knowledge, skills, and attitudes for healthy, active lives. It covers 5 essential skills - communicating, interacting, problem-solving, moving, and decision-making - and 8 areas of content, including games, gymnastics, dance, and personal health choices. PDHPE enhances wellbeing by encompassing social, mental, physical, and spiritual health, and promotes fun, active, and responsible learning to prepare children for life experiences through an emphasis on health, activity, social awareness, and responsibility.
