12. The Cluster

This cluster will be composed by private actors and public with strong
entrepreneurial spirit, “integrated cluster”, like in the Silicon Valley or in Israel.
The funds will come from private and public actors; we will work closely with
the ministry of Health for the patents and market access.
We will have many different actors and the distance between them will be
small to allow them to exchange idea. We will also have collaborative spaces
like incubator or co-working space, and sharing of equipment such as 3D
printing.

In this cluster, the idea is to have more than three research
centers and 30 companies; this will allow a good balance between
cooperation and competition (Co-opetition).
The idea is also to implement a good working environment for
work with hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, cinemas, place for child
and transportation.
This will help us to attract people from around the world; we need
people (students, teachers and experts) from all the country in the
world.
For that we need to be open-minded, willing to listen and to
consider other people's ideas and suggestions. This openness to the
world encourages exchange of opinion and will make this cluster well
known.
