Whitney Owens has over 10 years of experience in food science and product development. She holds a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology from Alabama A&M University. Currently, she works as an R&D Specification Clerk at Wayne Farms maintaining product specifications and supporting quality assurance. Previously, she was an Associate Scientist at Stratas Foods developing non-hydrogenated fat systems for bakery products. She has a strong background in sensory evaluation, product formulation, and analytical testing of oils and fats.
