Tooling items such as dies, molds, jigs, fixtures and machines spare parts are considered a fundamental pillar in the various industries such as automotive industry, household appliances, fast moving consumable goods, electronics, food and beverages and health and cosmetics.
COD2E will be serving the aforementioned industries and small industrial companies. The workshop will feed these industries with the following products;
• Fixtures and jigs
• Molds and dies
• Spare parts of industrial equipment
CE marking is a self-declaration where a manufacturer proves compliance with EU health, safety and environmental protection legislation and confirms a product’s compliance with relevant requirements.
In your daily life, while using and handling items such as mobile phones, music players, toys, cables, and other
electronic equipment or machines, you might have noticed two letters, CE, on these products. Forasmuch as
this is a mark applicable to products traded within the European Economic Area (EEA, the 27 Member States
of the European Union [EU] and 3 countries of the European Free Trade Association [EFTA]: Norway, Iceland
and Liechtenstein), consumers living in these areas may be familiar with it as it can be found in almost every
product. But yet many people may wonder why it is applied to products or what does it serve for.
With the B2B e-commerce the digitization is also disrupting the Industry 4.0, completely changing the industrial value chain.
49% of the industrial purchasing budget is now spent on-line. 90% of industrial customers are buying directly from other manufacturers, and 75% are purchasing from e-marketplaces, squeezing the industrial distributors.
To survive industrial actors have not only to go on-line, they also have to provide post-sales services to meet the hughe demand: 86% of industrial customers are expecting post-sales services.
To do so simple methods are available to control the logistic costs.

Introduction to Manufacturing in Batam and Understanding Basic Concepts of Manufacturing as Requirements to Start a Career in Manufacturing Industry from Engineering Field.
The large majority of all goods traded in the world today are electronic and electrical or depend on electrotechnology. Products are no longer “made in a country”; they are “made in the world”.
Before they are consumed in one market these products have traveled through many others. Countries are more interdependent than ever. Any country or company that wants to participate in these global value chains needs to work along universally accepted harmonized rules - in electrotechnology these are IEC International Standards. They are built on a global platform that brings together 165 countries and many thousand experts that represent national stakeholder needs at the global level in the IEC.

Enterprise Excellence is Inclusive Excellence.pdfKaiNexus
Enterprise excellence and inclusive excellence are closely linked, and real-world challenges have shown that both are essential to the success of any organization. To achieve enterprise excellence, organizations must focus on improving their operations and processes while creating an inclusive environment that engages everyone. In this interactive session, the facilitator will highlight commonly established business practices and how they limit our ability to engage everyone every day. More importantly, though, participants will likely gain increased awareness of what we can do differently to maximize enterprise excellence through deliberate inclusion.
What is Enterprise Excellence?
Enterprise Excellence is a holistic approach that's aimed at achieving world-class performance across all aspects of the organization.
What might I learn?
A way to engage all in creating Inclusive Excellence. Lessons from the US military and their parallels to the story of Harry Potter. How belt systems and CI teams can destroy inclusive practices. How leadership language invites people to the party. There are three things leaders can do to engage everyone every day: maximizing psychological safety to create environments where folks learn, contribute, and challenge the status quo.
Who might benefit? Anyone and everyone leading folks from the shop floor to top floor.

Unveiling the Secrets How Does Generative AI Work.pdfSam H
At its core, generative artificial intelligence relies on the concept of generative models, which serve as engines that churn out entirely new data resembling their training data. It is like a sculptor who has studied so many forms found in nature and then uses this knowledge to create sculptures from his imagination that have never been seen before anywhere else. If taken to cyberspace, gans work almost the same way.
Memorandum Of Association Constitution of Company.pptseri bangash

A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.

Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.

Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.

Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.

Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder

2. During COVED-19 I would like to sell electronic product, industrial
product to machinery product. (B2B)
Here the selling process:
The overall business of electronic appliances is very poor due to the corona virus outbreak in
the country, but huge sales of washing machines amid the pandemic are the only bright side.
Officials of the country’s leading electronics brands said that people were now getting more
interested in online shopping, which was also offering a ray of hope for electronics makers in
the pandemic. Sales of washing machines have increased sharply after the corona virus
outbreak as maids are not allowed to work at houses on concern of corona virus infection,
they said. The country’s electronics businesses usually sell refrigerators, air conditioners,
microwaves, and televisions heavily during the summer season and Eid festivals. But, this
year the scenario has completely changed due to the countrywide shutdown enforced by the
government to ensure physical distancing to combat the COVED-19 pandemic. Most of the
electronics outlets in the country reopened on May 10 after keeping their shutters closed since
March 26 in line with the government’s direction. Although the government extended the
general holidays to May 30, it allowed the reopening of businesses from May 10 on condition
that they would follow health safety measures. Although the business situation has been
improving to some extent in recent weeks, the sale losses incurred during the shutdown
period could be hard to recover, the officials said.
Introduction: Bangladesh is a developing country; most of the electronic products parts is
manufactured by other country. So we imports those electronic products body parts from
different country, we just assembly those parts in our country. For the rezone of COVED-19
include Bangladesh and other country take step to lockdown, so the import business is also
get rest for its own operational work. Shipping system is fully off for some moment. Now it
become active again but there are also some issues, because of maintaining the social
distance for worker and get sanitize the product and machinery. Also the lockdown cause
some economic problem for the financial condition of transaction.
The important step for transaction:
No single country produces efficiently all the goods it needs to fight COVED-19.
• Trade allows production to locate where it is most efficient, helping increase access to more
goods at more affordable prices.
3. • However, many of the countries that tend to supply COVID-19 goods are also those that
have been worst hit by the virus to date. This has resulted in growing, albeit often temporary,
export restrictions which are currently in place in 69 countries.
• But the export restrictions of one country are restrictions on imports of another; with the
high degree of interdependence in trade in COVID-19 products, such measures can have
wider impacts, including for developing and low income countries that rely on imports for
COVID-19 goods.
• Reducing import barriers on imports of COVID-19 products, even if temporarily, would
also help.
Machines
Technical standards for lifts
Lifts, intended to be permanently installed in buildings, must satisfy health and safety
requirements related to capacity limits, fire safety and maintenance before being put on the
EU market.
Technical standards for machinery and safety components
The design and construction of machinery must meet mandatory essential health and safety
requirements in order to be put in the EU market.
Technical standards for personal protective equipment
Personal protective equipment placed on the EU market must comply with requirements
related to design, manufacture, materials, testing, instructions, and information to be supplied
by the manufacturer, and other aspects.
Electrical and electronic equipment and gas appliances:
Technical standards for electromagnetic compatibility
Any electrical and electronic apparatus is subject to the compliance with mandatory essential
requirements established by the Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Directive to ensure
that their performance is protected against electromagnetic disturbances.
Ecodesign requirements for tertiary lighting equipment
Fluorescent lamps without integrated ballast, high intensity discharge lamps, ballasts and
luminaires able to operate such lamps can only be placed on the EU market if they meet
certain ecodesign requirements.
Technical standards for gas appliances
Gas appliances for non-industrial use (including forced drought burners) marketed in the EU
need to meet mandatory health and safety requirements concerning ignition, durability, and
energy consumption, among others.
