1. The study explored ICT literacy among 40 B.Ed teacher trainees in Dindigul district of Tamil Nadu, India.
2. It found that there was no significant difference in ICT literacy between male and female trainees or between those studying in Tamil and English mediums.

This study aimed to develop an ICT skills-based training program for high school teachers at Agusan Pequeño National High School. The study found that teachers had low ICT knowledge and skills proficiency. Based on these findings, the researcher created a training program called "Project GRID" to address the needs of teachers. Expert validators found the program to be acceptable. It was recommended that the school adopt Project GRID long-term and level up questions in future assessments to focus more on applying ICT skills in a pedagogical context.

The University Grants Commission (UGC) regulates and coordinates university education in India through its six regional centers. Previously, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) conducted the UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) to determine eligibility for university lectureships and Junior Research Fellowships. This paper reveals the result of 322 distance learners’ perception towards e-learning program
conducted by UiTM. Generally the respondents rated above average for all aspects of distance
learning program irrespective of gender, program of studies, income and occupation. Students’
gender also did not show any difference in their perception. Similarly, semester of studies too, did
not indicate any significant difference except their perception towards lecturer. However
students’ semester of studies showed significant difference towards lecturer, module and
physical. Gender, income and semester of studies did not show any relationship to students’
perception towards all aspects of distance learning program. However students’ program of

Communication Technology, literacy, organization of curriculum, and others. This is to elevate the
standard of education and disseminate the information in shortest time with use of online and offline
resources through internet. These are for professional growth, teaching support materials and other
classroom related activities. The research work and true knowledge of topics calls for the need to evaluate
the information provided on the internet. The present paper caters to this need, especially in context to
intellectual information available on the internet. The research work in this paper is accomplished by
selecting a system of quality criteria and defining in terms of internet usage for intellectual purpose.
Several questions are designed to assess each criterion and as a result an instrument is developed and
validated in the form of a questionnaire. The quality criteria taken into consideration are as Content,
Objective reasoning, Scope, Authority; these are further classified into indicators for easy assessment.

The University Grants Commission (UGC) regulates and coordinates university education in India through its six regional centers. Previously, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) conducted the UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) to determine eligibility for university lectureships and Junior Research Fellowships. Starting in 2018, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has taken over conducting the UGC NET exam twice yearly in June and December. institutions to close globally. Online-learning has proven its success throughout the past years on many
different aspects and situations. However, as applies to Qatar, there is a paucity of studies that have
examined the user experience with online-learning between instructor and students. So this paper aims to
focus improving user experience with online-learning using analytical comparisons between instructor and
students. In the light of limited studies on the topic, there was a need to undertake this review and explore
the topic in efforts to create new insights on user experience with online- learning in Qatar, while
exploring their process efficiency. As such, this study adds to the extant literature updated information on
online-learning in Qatar while informing future academic and practitioner discourse on the topic that has
received limited scholarly interest within Qatar in the last decade, despite the growing demand for online learning in the global market.

This paper reveals the result of 322 distance learners’ perception towards e-learning program
conducted by UiTM. Generally the respondents rated above average for all aspects of distance
learning program irrespective of gender, program of studies, income and occupation. Students’
gender also did not show any difference in their perception. Similarly, semester of studies too, did
not indicate any significant difference except their perception towards lecturer. However
students’ semester of studies showed significant difference towards lecturer, module and
physical. Gender, income and semester of studies did not show any relationship to students’
perception towards all aspects of distance learning program. However students’ program of
studies showed significant relationship towards their perceptions of the program. Students’ CGPA

Assessment is one of the most critical dimensions in engineering education process it focuses not only on identifying how many of the predefined education goals and objectives outcomes have been achieved but also works as a feedback component for educators to upgrade their teaching practices. The assessment can be seen as a link that it forms with other education processes. Lamprianou et al. 2009 point out that assessment is associated with the educational objectives of "evaluation, diagnosis, guidance, selection, placement, administration, prediction or grading. Assessment is one main factors that contribute to a high quality teaching and learning environment and student's performance as whole. It also makes clearer what teachers expect from students Biggs et al., 1999 . The perceived difficulty in this process is how assessment system, approaches and schemes can be standardized and adapted across the premier institutes NITs of in the country. Credit system has been used widely by many HEIs in India for over 20 years but no nationally agreed and rationalized framework of credit and Credit Transfer and Accumulation System is developed. The purpose of the literature review is to outline research studies in the assessment and evaluation systems being practicedand to highlight the studies that can be used in the research project undertaken. Specifically, the literature review attempts to address the following research questions What researches are undertaken nationally and internationally into the assessment system in higher education, especially engineering education What are the key findings from these researches What are the limits delimitations of these researches Are there research findings could be applied to engineering education at UG in NITs in India Are there any prime concern for future research in this area From this literature review, it is apparent that a very few number of studies have been conducted in higher education institutions but no research was found in the context of Engineering Education specific to UG programmes and NITs.
