“Bringing the Arts to You!” ACM Membership Campaign
plays important role in promoting organization’s activities
to the public and increasing public involvement in
supporting local talents. This year, ACM launches its
membership campaign with Ulaanbaatar International
Media Art Festival on the 30th of June and invites ACM
old and upcoming members, partners and supporters
to spend one night enjoying media art expressions.
ACM Membership campaign usually starts in May and it
welcomes new members to join. By becoming our member
you will be invited to series of creative events including
concerts, festivals, exhibitions and will be delivered with
opportunities to broaden your network with diverse groups

ULAANBAATAR INTERNATIONAL MEDIA
ART FESTIVAL IS COMING SOON.
Ulaanbaatar International Media Art Festival
/UBIMAF/, the first of its kind in Mongolia was
premiered under the theme of “Tradition and
Modernity” in 2016. Since then the festival has
been setting up strong footprints enhancing
international collaborations between artists
and curators from over 15 countries including
Argentina, Australia, Czech, Israel, Korea,
Netherlands, Philippines, Germany, USA
and Mongolia through the themes of ‘Trace’,
‘No Boundaries’, ‘Migration’ and ‘Mirage’.
This year ACM in collaboration with the Goethe-
Institut Mongolia and with the support of the
Ministry of Culture is presenting the 6th UBIMAF
under a theme of “XXI” between June 24-30,
2021. The festival will deliver 4 new media art
works by German-Mongolian artists including
‘Non-Face’ 360’ projection, ’21 Lullabies’, ‘Lus’
and ‘Human Wheel’ along with the current
rhythm of Mongolian DJs. The festival shall
organize traditional ‘Art See Talk’ series for
visual artists, curators, students and the public.

JUNE SCHEDULE OF “RED GER DAY”.
Since April 2021, ACM has been initiating and
organizing series of “Red Ger Day” creative
activities and events to promote culture and art to
the public.
Red Ger Day takes place every Thursday or Friday
at 4:00 pm. It hosts a series of creative events
including art and culture lectures, meetings with
artists, trainings, film screenings, book and poetry
readings, and art therapy sessions. Events will
be organized online or onsite, depending on the
lockdown regulations.
June 2021 “Red Ger Day” will be organized
according to the following schedule:

дээшлүүлсэн байна. МУЗ нь нийт төгсөгчдийн хамтын
ажиллагааг нэмэгдүүлэх, олон нийтэд чиглэсэн бүтээлч
төслийг санаачлан хэрэгжүүлэхэд нь дэмжлэг үзүүлэх
зорилготойтөслийнуралдааныг3дахьжилдээзарласан.

ACM FELLOWSHIP ALUMNI GRANT AWARD
WINNERS ARE ANNOUNCED.
Since 2008,ACM has been successfully implementingACM
Fellowship program with generous support of ACM-US. So
far, the program has supported 270 emerging artists and
art managers from different fields of arts and culture sector.
This year ACM has announced ACM Fellowship Alumni
Grant for the third time. The aim of this grant is to inspire
and to engage graduate-alumni fellows of ACM Fellowship
Program from the past 13 years and to expand their
partnership and networking by initiating community projects.
This year ACM has received 5 proposals from 25 alumni
fellows. The selection committee of ACM, has selected
“PLAYBACK“musicalprojectfromgraduatesofUlaanbaatar,
Darkhan and Erdenet cities, which tells story of teenagers
through singing, dancing and theatrical play ACM is deeply
appreciates the participation of fellows and expresses its
special gratitude to the ACM’s Vice Chairman Mr. Walter
Jenkins for making possible this Alumni Grant Program.

2020-2021 онд МУЗ нь АНУ дахь МУЗ-ийн дэмжлэгтэйгээр Соёл урлагийн залуу манлайлагч хөтөлбөрийг
13 дахь жилдээ амжилттай зохион байгууллаа. Энэ жил кино, дүрслэх урлаг, тайз дэлгэцийн урлаг,
соёлын өв, хэвлэл мэдээлэл зэрэг соёл урлагийн салбарын 20 оролцогчийг уг хөтөлбөрт хамруулан
чадавхыг дээшлүүлж, “Манлайлал”, “Стратеги төлөвлөлт”, “Төслийн менежмент”, “Маркетинг”, “Сан
бүрдүүлэлт”, “Зохиогчийн эрх ба оюуны өмч”, “Соёлын бодлого”, “Байгууллагын засаглал” зэрэг 22 цуврал
сургалтыг олон улсын болон дотоодын мэргэжилтнээр удирдуулан долоо хоног бүр зохион байгууллаа.
Төслийн хүрээнд манлайлагчид соёлын өв, урлагийн боловсролыг хүүхэд залуучуудад олгох,
нийгэмд чиглэсэн бүтээлч 4 бичил төслийг санаачлан хэрэгжүүлж, хамтын ажиллагаагаа
өргөжүүллээ. 2021 оны 5 сард соёл урлагийн залуу манлайлагчид бичил төслөө МУЗ-ийн
Удирдах зөвлөлийн гишүүдэд танилцуулж, нийгмийн сүлжээгээр дамжуулан олон нийтэд
төслийн үйл ажиллагаагаа хүргэсээр байна. МУЗ нь бүх манлайлагчиддаа амжилт хүсэхийн
зэрэгцээ хөтөлбөрийн санхүүжүүлэгч, хамтрагч болон багш нартаа гүн талархал илэрхийлье.

THE 13TH FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM IMPLEMENTS
SUCCESSFULLY.
In 2020-2021, ACM has organized the 13th edition of
ACM Fellowship program with support of ACM-US that
aims to enhance their leadership and arts management
skills, and promote their collaboration. This year, the
program has involved 20 emerging young leaders
from film, visual art, performing art, cultural heritage
and media fields and enhanced their networking and practical experience by attend-
ing more than 22 series of trainings on leadership, strategic planning, project management
and marketing, fundraising, copyright and intellectual property, cultural policy and governance.
Furthermore, the program provides leadership and efficient team work skills for its participants by pro-
viding practical opportunity to execute joint small scale community service projects, aimed to en-
courage arts access, preserve cultural heritage and arts education for youth and community.
In May 2021, ACM fellows graduated and reported on the outcomes of their commu-
nity projects to ACM board and project are continuing to be implementing online ACM
is deeply thankful to the supporters, partners and teachers of the Fellowship program.
