Building the Right Team to Insure Social Media Successrashbaum
A successful social media engagement involves an interdisciplinary team who can all arrive at "yes" together through the following six components:
* Dialogue
* Inclusiveness and Flexibility
* Interdisciplinary Protocol Drafting
* Draft Policies to Uses, Not the Technology
* Training
* Monitor Compliance

Nowadays, there is a high growing mix of different generations all working together in the same room where talent asks for constant recognition, motivation, and innovation. Only organizations that excel at promoting teamwork, purpose, and autonomy will succeed in this environment. There´s a need to foster engagement and collaboration in order to enhance motivation. How should we address this new challenge in an ever-changing world?
Digital natives as employees are bringing to the companies their new consumer habits and ways to interact with technology. And the use of corporate applications must produce the same daily satisfaction that users find on their own consumer apps.
Redesign user experience, foster friendliness, make it a seamless experience and encourage collaboration and gamification dynamics are some of the key concepts that companies should consider in order to make corporate tools look like consumer software.
the analysis of user's emotion that drives engagement.

This paper discusses assembly operations using a single manipulator and a parallel gripper to simultaneously
grasp multiple objects and hold the group of temporarily assembled objects. Multiple robots and jigs generally operate
assembly tasks by constraining the target objects mechanically or geometrically to prevent them from moving. It is
necessary to analyze the physical interaction between the objects for such constraints to achieve the tasks with a single
gripper. In this paper, we focus on assembling pipe joints as an example and discuss constraining the motion of the
objects. Our demonstration shows that a simple tool can facilitate holding multiple objects with a single gripper.
