Introduction
• It is safe to say that you are purchasing or selling a house, Did you identify
that spring is one of the best times of the year to do that?
• Not all real estate Agent / brokers are the same. You decide to look the
help of an agent when selling or purchasing your home, you require some
good data before you take any step.
• Suppose if a real estate agent comes extremely recommended, its significant
to interview that individual before signing of important documents.

1. How Long have you been in this field Business?
2. You are a Member of the National Association of Realtors?
3. It is Important to Ask you are a Member of MLS?
4. ”What are your Promoting Strategies for Selling my House?”
5. Does your Broker Control your Promoting or do you?
6. On normal, when your Listings market, How Close is the Selling Cost to the asking Cost?
7. On Average, how Extent does it take for your Postings to Sell?
8. How many Purchasers you are at Present Working with?
9. What’s your Business Style?
1. How Long have you been in this field Business?
• How much experience he have whether it is a real-time or fake experience
and where they full time or part time maintenance?
• While experience is no assurance of skill, real estate, in the same way other
professions, is generally learned in the work.
2. You are a Member of the National Association of
Realtors?
• This association requires certain benchmarks of its members, and you don’t
want to worry about having a shady agent.
3. It is Important to Ask you are a Member of MLS?
• This is the Multiple Listing Service, which gives brokers access to
houses represented by all offices – not only their own. For dealers, this

• This data is also accessible from the real-estate Board. Does this agent have a
tendency to sell speedier or slower than the board average? Their
performance on this estimation will help you anticipate how long home will
be on the market before it sells best.
8. How many Purchasers you are at Present Working
with?
• Clearly, the more purchasers your agent is working with, the better your
chances are of selling your home rapidly. It will also affect cost because an
agent with many purchasers can set up an auction-like atmosphere where
many purchasers bid on your home at the same time.
