The Education and Outreach Working Group (EOWG) develops support materials to help people understand and implement web accessibility standards. It works to make other WAI groups' deliverables more understandable through liaisons. EOWG engages communities to advance accessibility, identifies and addresses education needs, and maintains over 80 resources on topics like meeting WCAG 2.0, evaluation tools, and tutorials. The group is involved in outreach, resource management, and redesigning W3C's accessibility site for improved findability.

Contributing to the understandability, approachability, and ease-
of-use of other WAI Working Groups' deliverables, where possible
through EOWG liaisons embedded in other groups.

Groups, to help developers, designers, authors and others
understand, use, and implement WAI standards, including introductory
and advanced resources.

Promoting WAI's work on mobile accessibility, HTML5

Engaging with the broad web communities and disability
communities to advance web accessibility and WAI work.

Identifying education and outreach needs around web
accessibility, developing strategies to address those needs, and

resources to meet identified needs.
