What I already
know
All of this I have written to
you with the help of God. And
if there is something that was
not of God, but came from me,
then I ask God to forgive me in
his grace.
May those few lines be a good
guide for your life having
questions, like I had
Yours
Sometimes one does not
understand many things that
happen in life. They seem to be
pointless and explain them, it is
difficult, maybe even impossible.
I wanted to look at everything
that comes in life, how does it
Bible see.
What kind of answers people has
found to questions they might
have seemed difficult to
understand. If they have found
the answer, why should not I
find it?
To everything there is a season,
A time for every purpose under heaven:
A time to be born, And a time to die;
A time to plant, And a time to pluck what
is planted;
A time to kill, And a time to heal;
A time to break down, And a time to build up;
A time to weep, And a time to laugh;
A time to mourn, And a time to dance;
A time to cast away stones,
And a time to gather stones;
A time to embrace, And a time to refrain from
embracing;
A time to search, And a time to give up;
A time to keep, And a time to throw away;
A time to tear, And a time to sew;
A time to keep silence, And a time to speak;
A time to love, And a time to hate;
A time of war, And a time of peace.
Ecclesiastes 3;1-8
...... because God knows the
meaning of all the facts that
occur in human life.
I would like to be able to
understand it at least once also.
And so I took each of those
fourteen words again, as they are
written.
I said in my heart. Does every
single word of the fourteen
contradictions have its own
meaning, as we see it behind
every word written here, or can
everybody look for some deeper
significance in that word? How
many meaningd the word can
have?
And so I read on to find out if I
can find hidden meaning in
another verse, one that would
help me understand the meaning
of that word for my life. Because
if all these things has to happen
maybe in human life, then
certainly not without meaning.
A time to be
born
We are born as children of earthly
parents.
A woman, when she is in labor, has
sorrow because her hour has come;
but as soon as she has given birth
to the child, she no longer
remembers the anguish, for joy that
a human being has been born into
the world.
John 16;21
And we get the grace to be born to
God's image.
The wind blows where it wishes,
and you hear the sound of it, but
cannot tell where it comes from
and where it goes. So is everyone
who is born of the Spirit.
John 3;8
And a time to
die
Once we will die in this world.
Remember your Creator before the
silver cord is loosed, Or the golden
bowl is broken, Or the pitcher
shattered at the fountain,
Or the wheel broken at the well.
Then the dust will return to the
earth as it was, And the spirit will
return to God who gave it.
Ecclesiastes 12;6-7
And we die to ourselves, to
everything we desire.
And you shall have the tassel, that
you may look upon it and remember
all the commandments of
the Lord and do them, and that
you may not follow the harlotry to
which your own heart and your
own eyes are inclined.
Numbers 15;39
A time to plant
God wants that his word remains
in us, and that we ourselves become
the ones who want to plant it in
the hearts of others.
Then He spoke many things to them in
parables, saying: “Behold, a sower
went out to sow. And as he sowed,
some seed fell by the wayside; and the
birds came and devoured them. Some
fell on stony places, where they did
not have much earth; and they
immediately sprang up because they
had no depth of earth. But when the
sun was up they were scorched, and
because they had no root they
withered away. And some fell among
thorns, and the thorns sprang up and
choked them. But others fell on good
ground and yielded a crop: some a
hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.
Matthew 13;3-8
And a time to
pluck what
is planted
Let others want to pluck our words, the good fruit of our mouths.
A man will be satisfied with good by the fruit of his mouth,
And the recompense of a man’s hands will be rendered to him.
Proverbs 12;14
A time to kill
We often kill in our hearts those
who have hurt us, though we want
to love God.
These things I have spoken to you,
that you should not be made to
stumble. They will put you out of
the synagogues; yes, the time is
coming that whoever kills you will
think that he offers God
service. And these things they will
do to you because they have not
known the Father nor Me.
John 16;1-3
And a time to
heal
To be able to listen to people, to
make them free from their
misery.
When Jesus saw him lying there,
and knew that he already had
been in that condition a long time,
He said to him, “Do you want to
be made well?” The sick man
answered Him, “Sir, I have no man
to put me into the pool when the
water is stirred up; but while I am
coming, another steps down before
me.” Jesus said to him, “Rise, take
up your bed and walk.” And
immediately the man was made
well, took up his bed, and walked.
John 5;6-9
A time to break
down
Maybe to break down our ideas,
what's important in life.
Now it happened as they went that He
entered a certain village; and a certain
woman named Martha welcomed Him
into her house. And she had a sister called
Mary, who also sat at Jesus’ feet and
heard His word. But Martha was
distracted with much serving, and she
approached Him and said, “Lord, do You
not care that my sister has left me to serve
alone? Therefore tell her to help me.”
And Jesus answered and said to her.
“Martha, Martha, you are worried and
troubled about many things. But one thing
is needed, and Mary has chosen that good
part, which will not be taken away from
her.”
Luke 10;38-42
Just like breaking our unbelief.
And these signs will follow those
who believe: In My name they will
cast out demons; they will speak
with new tongues; they will take
up serpents; and if they drink
anything deadly, it will by no
means hurt them; they will lay
hands on the sick, and they will
recover.”
Mark 16;17-18
And a time to
build up
Build myself to the image of God.
As His divine power has given to us all
things that pertain to life and godliness,
through the knowledge of Him who called
us by glory and virtue,by which have been
given to us exceedingly great and precious
promises, that through these you may
be partakers of the divine nature, having
escaped the corruption that is in the world
through lust. But also for this very reason,
giving all diligence, add to your faith
virtue, to virtue knowledge, to knowledge
self-control, to self-control perseverance,
to perseverance godliness, to godliness
brotherly kindness, and to brotherly
kindness love. For if these things are
yours and abound, you will be neither
barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of
our Lord Jesus Christ.
2 Peter 1,3-8
Just like building a holy place in my heart, precious to God.
Moreover, when you divide the land by lot into inheritance, you shall set apart a district for the Lord, a holy
section of the land; its length shall be twenty-five thousand cubits, and the width ten thousand. It shall
be holy throughout its territory all around. Of this there shall be a square plot for the sanctuary, five hundred
by five hundred rods, with fifty cubits around it for an open space. So this is the district you shall measure:
twenty-five thousand cubits long and ten thousand wide; in it shall be the sanctuary, the Most Holy Place.
Ezekiel 45;1-3
A time to weep
In order to achieve mercy.
„Because your heart was tender, and
you humbled yourself before God
when you heard His words against
this place and against its
inhabitants, and you humbled
yourself before Me, and you tore
your clothes and wept before Me, I
also have heard you,” says the lord.
2 Chronicles 34;27
And a time to
laugh
When God shows mercy.
At the beginning of your
supplications the command went
out, and I have come to
tell you, for
you are greatly beloved;
therefore consider the matter, and
understand the vision.
Daniel 9;23
A time to mourn
How difficult it is to understand some facts in life.
But she said to them, “Do not call me Naomi; call me Mara, for the Almighty has dealt very
bitterly with me. I went out full, and the Lord has brought me home again empty. Why do you
call me Naomi, since the Lord has testified against me, and the Almighty has afflicted me?”
Ruth 1;20-21
And a time to
dance
But how great is our joy when we
find that God is good.
Let everything that has breath
praise the Lord.
Praise the Lord!
Psalm 150;6
A time to cast
away stones
We can not give to our children
more than we are.
You shall not bow down to them
nor serve them. For I, the Lord
your God, am a jealous God,
visiting the iniquity of the fathers
upon the children to the third and
fourth generations of those who
hate Me, but showing mercy to
thousands, to those who love Me
and keep My commandments.
Deuteronomy 5;9-10
And a time to
gather stones
Learn to collect because everything
good for our life has already been
written.
For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven
and earth pass away, one jot or
one tittle will by no means pass from
the law till all is fulfilled. Whoever
therefore breaks one of the least of
these commandments, and teaches men
so, shall be called least in the kingdom
of heaven; but whoever does and
teaches them, he shall be called great
in the kingdom of heaven. For I say to
you, that unless your righteousness
exceeds the righteousness of the scribes
and Pharisees, you will by no means
enter the kingdom of heaven.
Matthew 5;18-20
A time to
embrace
That we can comprehend others.
Is it a fast that I have chosen,
A day for a man to afflict his soul?
Is it to bow down his head like a bulrush,
And to spread out sackcloth and ashes?
Would you call this a fast, And an
acceptable day to the Lord? “Is this not
the fast that I have chosen: To loose the
bonds of wickedness, To undo the heavy
burdens, To let the oppressed go free,
And that you break every yoke? Is
it not to share your bread with the hungry,
And that you bring to your house the poor
who are cast out; When you see the naked,
that you cover him, And not hide yourself
from your own flesh?
Isaiah 58;5-7
And a time to
refrain from
embracing
To have the courage to go a new
way.
Jesus answered and said to
him, “Blessed are you, Simon Bar-
Jonah, for flesh and blood has not
revealed this to you, but My
Father who is in heaven. And I
also say to you that you are Peter,
and on this rock I will build My
church, and the gates of Hades
shall not prevail against it.
Matthew 16;17-18
A time to search
God, what is your way?
Teach me to do Your will,
For You are my God;
Your Spirit is good.
Lead me in the land of uprightness.
Psalm 143;10
And what is my way?
They are created now and not from the beginning; And before this day you
have not heard them, Lest you should say, ‘Of course I knew them.’
Isaiah 48;7
And a time to
give up
Sometimes I am losing hope and
faith ...
„I will bring the one-third through
the fire,
Will refine them as silver is refined,
And test them as gold is tested.
They will call on My name,
And I will answer them.
I will say, ‘This is My people’;
And each one will say,
‘The Lord is my God.’ ”
Zechariah 13;9
... and sometimes even God.
„According to their uncleanness
and according to their
transgressions I have dealt with
them, and hidden My face from
them.”
Ezekiel 39;24
A time to keep
To know in life what God has
entrusted to me.
You shall not see your brother’s ox or
his sheep going astray, and hide
yourself from them; you shall certainly
bring them back to your brother. And
if your brother is not near you, or if
you do not know him, then you shall
bring it to your own house, and it
shall remain with you until your
brother seeks it; then you shall restore
it to him. You shall do the same with
his donkey, and so shall you do with
his garment; with any lost thing of
your brother’s, which he has lost and
you have found, you shall do likewise;
you must not hide yourself.
Deuteronomy 22;1-3
And a time to
throw away
One often knows the consequences of own decisions, yet he does not allow them.
And that servant who knew his master’s will, and did not prepare himself or do according to his
will, shall be beaten with many stripes. But he who did not know, yet committed things deserving
of stripes, shall be beaten with few. For everyone to whom much is given, from him much will be
required; and to whom much has been committed, of him they will ask the more.
Luke 12;47-48
A time to tear
Sometimes something must tear in
front of our eyes so that we can see
things differently.
Now when the sixth hour had come, there
was darkness over the whole land until the
ninth hour. And at the ninth hour Jesus
cried out with a loud voice, saying, “Eloi,
Eloi, lama sabachthani?” which is translated,
“My God, My God, why have You forsaken
Me?” Some of those who stood by, when they
heard that, said, “Look, He is calling for
Elijah!“ Then someone ran and filled a
sponge full of sour wine, put it on a reed, and
offered it to Him to drink, saying, “Let Him
alone; let us see if Elijah will come to take
Him down.” And Jesus cried out with a loud
voice, and breathed His last. Then the veil of
the temple was torn in two from top to
bottom. So when the centurion centurion,
who stood opposite Him, saw that He cried
out like this and breathed His last, he said,
“Truly this Man was the Son of God!”
Mark 15;33-38
And a time to
sew
Everything in which each of us is not reconciled.
Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the
ministry of reconciliation, that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing
their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation. Now then, we are ambassadors
for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ’s behalf, be reconciled to God.
For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.
2 Corinthians 5;18-21
A time to keep
silence
When God is speaking.
Then He brought him outside and said, “Look now toward heaven, and count the stars if you are able
to number them.” And He said to him, “So shall your descendants be.” And he believed in the Lord, and
He accounted it to him for righteousness.
Genesis15;5-6
And a time
to speak
When we want to talk to God.
Search me, O God, and know my
heart;
Try me, and know my anxieties;
And see if there is any wicked way
in me,
And lead me in the way
everlasting.
Psalm 139;23-24
A time to love
To feel the love in my heart.
Set me as a seal upon your heart,
As a seal upon your arm;
For love is as strong as death,
Jealousy as cruel as the grave;
Its flames are flames of fire,
A most vehement flame.
Song of Songs 8;6
And a time
to hate
Perhaps we are able to love.
And when His disciples James
and John saw this, they said,
“Lord, do You want us to
command fire to come down
from heaven and consume
them, just as Elijah did?”
But He turned and rebuked
them, and said, “You do not
know what manner of spirit you
are of. For the Son of Man did
not come to destroy men’s lives
but to save them.” And they
went to another village.
Luke 9;54-56
A time of war
Everyone has his own struggles in
life - Is there a God at all?
Whatever one is, he has been
named already, For it is known
that he is man; And he cannot
contend with Him who is mightier
than he. Since there are many
things that increase vanity,
How is man the better? For who
knows what is good for man in
life, all the days of his vain life
which he passes like a shadow?
Who can tell a man what will
happen after him under the sun?
Ecclesiastes 6;10-12
And where is He?
Oh, that I knew where I might
find Him,
That I might come to His seat!
I would present my case before
Him,
And fill my mouth with arguments.
I would know the words which He
would answer me,
And understand what He would
say to me.
Job 23;3-5
And a time of
peace
Because we know what we
believed in.
For as in Adam all die, even so in
Christ all shall be made
alive. But each one in his own
order: Christ the first fruits,
afterward those who are Christ’s
at His coming. Then comes the end,
when He delivers the kingdom to
God the Father, when He puts an
end to all rule and all authority
and power. For He must reign till
He has put all enemies under His
feet. The last enemy that will be
destroyed is death.
1 Corinthians 15;22-26
Because I know I may come back
to God.
He who overcomes shall be clothed
in white garments, and I will
not blot out his name from
the Book of Life; but I will confess
his name before My Father and
before His angels.
“He who has an ear, let him hear
what the Spirit says to the
churches.”
Revelation 3;5-6
Let everything that happens in our life, good and bad, is to our grow. From anger
to love. From unbelief to faith. From fear to the peace.

Would you call this a fast, And an acceptable day to the Lord? “Is this not the fast that I have chosen: To loose the bonds of wickedness, To undo the heavy burdens, To let the oppressed go free, And that you break every yoke? Is it not to share your bread with the hungry, And that you bring to your house the poor who are cast out; When you see the naked, that you cover him, And not hide yourself from your own flesh? You shall notsee your brother’s ox or his sheep going astray, and hide yourself from them; you shall certainly bring them back to your brother. And if your brother is not near you, or if you do not know him, then you shall bring it to your own house, and it shall remain with you until your brother seeks it; then you shall restore it to him. You shall do the same with his donkey, and so shall you do with his garment; with any lost thing of your brother’s, which he has lost and you have found, you shall do likewise; you must not hide yourself. Now when thesixth hour had come, there was darkness over the whole land until the ninth hour. And at the ninth hour Jesus cried out with a loud voice, saying, “Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani?” which is translated, “My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me?” Some of those who stood by, when they heard that, said, “Look, He is calling for Elijah!“ Then someone ran and filled a sponge full of sour wine, put it on a reed, and offered it to Him to drink, saying, “Let Him alone; let us see if Elijah will come to take Him down.” And Jesus cried out with a loud voice, and breathed His last. Then the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom. So when the centurion centurion, who stood opposite Him, saw that He cried out like this and breathed His last, he said, “Truly this Man was the Son of God!” Mark 15;33-38

Now all thingsare of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation, that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation. Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ’s behalf, be reconciled to God. For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. 2 Corinthians 5;18-21

Then comes the end, when He delivers the kingdom to God the Father, when He puts an end to all rule and all authority and power. For He must reign till He has put all enemies under His feet.
