Responsibility:
 Prior to mobilization equipment from base to location we have to check materials
and equipment availability and we have to ensure that all pressure control
equipment have been approved and certified (All pressure tests of individual
equipment to must been conducted to maximum allowable working pressure, in
the yard).
 Mobilization from/to location;
 Rig up of surface well testing equipments (prepared all the paper work before to
start the rig up or to start any work). Flowfead+ SSV+ coeflexip+ choke
manifold+ separator+ tank+ oil manifold+ gas manifold+ transfer- pump+ flare
arrestor;
 Pressure test all surface well testing equipments (All pressure tests shall be done
for 15min and must be witnessed by the client company representatives and
recorded).

 Clean-up well;
 Separation by three chokes successively;
 Buildup;
 Reverse circulating;
 Rig down all surface well test equipment;
 Supervise the well test crew;
 Prepare execute and close all the paperwork;
 Prepare the well test job report wish must contain all details of the job, and all the
results of the test;
 Ensures that all QHSE issues are followed during operational activity, and be sure
that all personnel are working in safe conditions;
 The operation is in presence of slick line and coiled tubing and logging;
 Flowhead and SSV and coeflexip and choke manifold: WOM (worldwide oilfield
manufactory) 3”1502, 10000Psi.
 Separator3” 602 1440Psi.
 Oil and gas manifolds: 3”602,1440Psi.
 Piping: 3”602, 2500 psi, 5k psi.
EXPERIENCES and DUTIES:

2-Safety is the first priority in our work for everyone.
3-Perform periodical test programs and monitor well performance in low/high pressure
onshore, sweet /sour gas and oil wells.
4-Have good operational and maintenance skills of following equipments - flow head,
choke manifold 10K & 15 K, 3-Phase horizontal separator, sand trap and sand filters, SSV
(surface safety valve), indirect heaters, ESD (emergency shutdown system). Artificial lifts
like electrical submersible pumps, sucker rod pumps, progressive cavity pumps, beam gas
compressors on low gas producing well, transfer pump, surgetank and gauge tanks etc.
5-Have operational capabilities of testing well production range of 100 to 15,000 bbl/d
with BS&W range of 100 % and API gravity range of 15 to 45 on mobile production
separator.
6-Have good operational pressure test pumps, Level controllers, Pressure and level
ctuators, Safety relief valves, Flow computer, differential chart recorders Barton, oil and gas
flow meters, chemical injection,API kit, Salinity kit, etc.
7-Knowledge of water cut analysis, API gravity analysis, Gas gravity analysis, Salinity
analysis,PH and H2S
8-Good knowledge of development and implementation of safe operating and emergency
procedures.
9- Learning and advising the others, if they some information to improve their skills.
