3. First things first
You will receive a welcoming email
from Transformify asking you to login
to your Transformify account. You will
also be prompted to change the
temporary password with a strong
password.
Please do NOT register a new account
using a different email! All payments
and documents are associated with
particular email.

4. Once you login to your
Transformify account, please
navigate to Invoices/ Invoice
details screen and provide your
invoice details. Once done, all self-
billing invoices will be generated
automatically.

5. Provide your
Invoice Details

6. You will receive an email from Transformify once a
payment is created. You can find all information
about created payments on the Created Payments
screen.
Please note that you can contact your account
manager / HR Admin, etc. within 24 hours if there
are any discrepancies.
Eg: the payment amount is incorrect, etc.
If you reach an agreement with your account
manager / HR Admin, the payment will be cancelled
and a new, correct payment will be created.
After 24 hours, the payment will be approved and
processed and it will be impossible to make
changes.

7. You will receive an email once the payment is approved and the self-billing invoice
is issued. Please login to your Transformify account and visit the Issued Invoices
screen to download the self-billing invoice.
All issued self-billing invoices will be available on the Issued Invoices screen and
you can download them at any time to present them to banks, revenue agencies,
auditors or other interested parties.
