Scruto is a mobile classroom application that uses QR codes and multimedia to engage learners. It allows teachers to add multimedia like videos and images to lessons. Students scan QR codes with their mobile devices to access enrichment materials and provide feedback. QR codes store a lot of information in a small space and link to websites, surveys, and other online content. Scruto is designed to support inquiry-based learning and help students reflect on their learning through formative and summative assessments accessed via QR codes.

DOES IT DO?
• Quick Response codes (QR codes) were invented by DENSO WAVE a
subsidiary of Toyota Motors for the Auto motive industry in 1994.
• QR are codes operate on two dimensions and allow for a great deal of
information to be stored in a small place.
