As a director of a nationally accredited high quality early education program, ensuring
communication that is clear, correct, and presented well to those who must know and
understand our policies and procedures is critical. Having the opportunity to work with
Kathy Labonge to prepare our policy manual has made all of the difference in how we
present this information to our clients. Kathy has not only organized our extensive
manual, but she has edited it for errors and to be grammatically correct, which is so
important especially within the education field. Kathy spent a lot of time on our manual
and also with me personally to help me utilize any changes in the book I believed to be
effective. After working with Kathy, I am now very confident and proud to distribute this
