In
addition,
she
took
the
larger
projects
we
gave
her
and
ran
them
on
her
own
without
much
oversight.

example,
we
asked
her
to
do
a
research
project
into
what
content
marketing
patterns
she
saw
in
the
industry
that
we
might
want
to
incorporate
into
our
own
marketing.
I
literally
only
met
with
her
once
to
talk
over
her
initial
research
and
give
her
a
little
more
direction,
and
she
took
it
from
there.
At
the
end
of
the
day,
she
gave
our
team
a
very
impressive
presentation
with
her
research
findings
and
recommen-­‐
dations,
and
we
are
hoping
to
incorporate
some
of
her
suggestions.
We
also
asked
her
to
take
the
lead
on
reviewing
and
editing
the
abstracts
and
the
speaker
bios
for
our
yearly
user
conference.
She
coordinated
the
process
on
her
own
with
the
events
team
and
she
quickly
learned
our
editing
style
and
things
to
look
for
when
reviewing.
