This document discusses the impact of websites for hiring faculty members at management institutes. It outlines the objectives of finding the right candidate through a human resource information system (HRIS) based hiring system. The research methodology used secondary data analysis to examine the advantages of HRIS for hiring faculty. The results found no significant differences in perceptions of HRIS based on gender or age. The conclusion is that internet recruitment through HRIS can help broaden an organization's reach and reduce costs when hiring faculty.
