Introduction
• Internet is the foundation for true digital world
• It is the gateway between the users and
  organizations
• Internet is cheap, robust and fast tool for making
  the organizations more accessible
• Organizations all over the world hiring their
  employees online
• Best human resource can take the organization to
  the new heights and make it more efficient
Objectives
• Finding the right candidate for a faculty
  position is a critical decision, and selecting the
  right person can involve a complex search for
  the perfect combination of qualifications and
  experiences.
• There is a need of HRIS base hiring system for
  an organization.
Research Methodology
• This study is exploratory in nature providing
  insight into, and an understanding of, the
  concepts related to HRIS.

• This study is mainly based upon secondary data

• This study also analyzes advantages of HRIS on
  hiring faculty members

• It identifies the advantages of HRIS and
  compares the perception of professionals
  regarding features of HRIS and
Results
• There is no significant difference between the
  perception of male and female professionals.
• There is no differences in perception of
  respondents belonging to different age groups
  towards services of HRIS system.
• There is again no difference between
  perception of male users of different age
  groups.
Conclusion
• Internet recruitment methods represent a
growing and high-potential opportunity for
employers to broaden their recruiting reach and
reduce recruiting costs.
• we can understand consumer behavior and
management research to provide basic ideas for
developing an effective e-recruiting source.
