• Duration: not longer than an hour – leave time for
questions
• Encourage participants to post questions in chat
box, communicate technical problems etc.
• Ask consent from speaker/presenter to record, to

• Use tools on BBB (only presenter can see)
• Tell audience what you will be doing
• Typed questions: repeat and read out loud
• Turn off all phones and dogs (and cats )

• Turn webcam off to save on bandwidth
