Week 2 will cover web design principles related to networks and servers. Week 3 will cover web clients and web programming. Weeks 4-5 will cover management of open source and Microsoft web servers and databases. Week 6 will cover management of specific web systems like content management systems and intranets. Week 7 will address the dangerous aspects of the web. Students are assigned lab work to explore topics on the web and add relevant pages to a bookmarking site.
