15. Senior Citizen Card-New Enrolment Process
HOW TO ENROL?
Senior Citizen (60years & above) Walk-ins to your store & purchase anything, he is
eligible to be enrolled in Guardian Senior card program.
The customer needs to fill up the Senior Citizen enrolment form (with all the details
marked with asterisk) duly signed accepting the Terms & conditions of the program &
provide a copy of valid age proof along with latest doctor’s prescription.
He will be provided with the pre-activated Senior Citizen card for FREE with Lifetime
Validity & he/she can get the applicable discount (10.1% Discount on Chronic
Medicines except DPCO & Guardian Brands) with the first purchase itself.
The store will send the documents within 7 working days to HO either hard copy or
soft copy. The backend team will check the documentation, approve the eligible cards
& will deactivate the cards, in case, if the documentation is not received within
the agreed TAT or it doesn't meet the eligibility criteria.
The store needs to update L-info on regular basis so that the issued cards gets
reflected across all stores.
