This document provides prompts for a book report, asking the student to name characters from their reading material and identify their favorite character. It asks the student to describe the setting of the story in terms of time and place. The student is prompted to list at least three important events that have occurred in the story so far and to either write a short review of a completed book discussing what they liked and disliked or to make a prediction about the outcome of an unfinished book.
