Senior Project Manager / Q C- the job involved a Shell to Circle K 10 million dollar sign
conversion. Duties include traveling to job sites throughout Florida for sign inspection and
communicating with the clients from both Shell and Circle K. Job Scheduling, permitting and
client relations were additional duties.
WBC/Select Build- 2006-2007
I started as superintendent in the shell contracting business. My daily duties were: overseeing
subs during each phase of construction. 8 months after being a superintendent I took on the
positions of Q A specialist. Within 6 months, of being a Q A specialist we received our Quality
Assurance Certification. We are now certified by NAHB. My daily duties as a QAS, is going
from job site to job site checking quality of each phase of construction.
Cherokee Enterprises, Inc. (CEI) – 2004 to 2006
During my employment with CEI, I established the experience and competence as a safety
superintendent has been beneficial to the overall success and “smooth running” of field
construction activities. Although employed with this company for less than a year, my
professionalism has been reflected in the various activities that he has performed.
• Supervised the excavation of 4.5 Acres of soil at the American Airlines Arena. This excavation
done to a depth of 3 feet was performed to determine if the soil was potentially contaminated.
• Installed a pump, appurtenances, and approximately 300 linear feet of waste processing piping to
divert waste from one tank to another. Job was performed at the U.S. Navy Mayport Naval
Station.
• Installed double-wall welded diesel lines for an underground emergency generator at the Miami
International Airport.
• Installed a new 500-gallon AST, aboveground piping and pump set; and removed 4,000-gallon
UST for an emergency generator. Job was performed at the Miami International Airport.
• Removed three 6000-gallon diesel/unleaded underground storage tanks (USTs), associated
piping, dispensers, and fuel islands at the M&M Service Station.
• Removed fueling facility Veeder Root tank level and leak detection system at Kendall-Tamiami
Airport
• Department of Home Land Security in Brunswick, GA. Lead abatement of 4 outdoor firing
ranges. Demolition of 3 watchtowers excavated 4 burms in back of firing ranges. At the end of
the job we were 1 of the 12 different companies to receive an award from the federal

During my time at MW, I was solely responsible for supervision. My responsibilities included:

Metcalf & Eddy – 1993 to 2000 – Foreman, Pipe fitter / Plumber Operations
For three years I worked on and improved his skills as a mechanic, specializing in pipe
fitting. After this time, I was prompted to the foreman position. With the title, I gained the
responsibility of heading and supervising large commercial jobs. I was also responsible for
timesheets and daily logs; and scheduling, building department and county inspectors. As I
became more experienced in his field of work, I was appointed as field supervisor. Additional
responsibilities included the operation of a Backhoe, Trackhoe, Bobcat machinery as well as
carpentry and concrete finisher.
As I grew in the company I worked as both a technician and superintendent during this
period. Then I worked on a 3 year project for the Broward County Department of
Transportation. My responsibilities included the removal of concrete debris and the construction
of the right-of-way. I also assisted and supervised the removal of gas, and fuel oil USTs and
ASTs. I also supervised the installation of a Stage 2 Vapor Recovery Systems at various
AMOCO gas stations throughout Broward County and Dade County.

At F&N, I attained numerous certifications during this. I started plumbing school as a first-
year apprentice through the Plumber’s Local 200 for Master Plumbers License. During which
time I obtained a Class 1 Federal Drivers CDL license along with certifications in OSHA
Chemical Pollution Control, OSHA Confirmed Space and Entry, OSHA competent Persons in
Excavations, and O/C Tank Installations Technician. With my competence in all aspects of O/C
