the 2nd set of rounds

2. What’s New? (1) Group chat and (2) Observe others’ decisions & earnings
• The second set of rounds is identical to the previous rounds except
for two changes.
• First, all players (all Users and the Provider) can chat/communicate
with one another for some time using a chat window about any
aspect of the exercise at the beginning of each round.
 A User can communicate with other Users as well as with the
Provider.
 The Provider can also communicate with the three Users.
Note that chat conversation does NOT affect neither the Users’ nor the
Provider's earnings.
• Second, each player can now observe other player’s decisions and
earnings after making his or her decision.Prohibited during group chat: You are NOT allowed
to promise the other players side-payments or
threaten them with any consequence after the
experiment is finished. You are also NOT allowed to
reveal your real identity.

3. Next, you and 3 other players will play the second set of rounds.
