This document provides 10 rules for saving water, such as taking showers that are 5 minutes or less instead of baths, which use approximately 4 times less water. It also recommends drinking tap water poured into a glass instead of letting the faucet run, only using water guns with water from pools instead of running taps, and turning off the water while lathering hands, hair, or brushing teeth to conserve hundreds of liters of water per year. Filling washing machines and dishwashers completely and not letting taps drip are also suggested ways to save water outlined in the 10 rules.
