It is essential for human and animal life as well as plants, providing habitat and being used for drinking, cooking, washing, and industrial purposes. However, water pollution from industrial and plastic waste dumping is a major global crisis, contaminating water supplies and harming marine life. Conservation efforts like reducing water usage and preventing pollution of rivers and oceans are crucial to address this issue.

 Water is one of the most important resources.
 Earth contains 97% of water out of it, only 3% water is in usable form.
 Water bodies: sea, ocean, river, lakes, pond, well.
 Water is also a habitat for millions of creatures
 We use water of numerous reasons.
 Water pollution is one of the biggest crisis.

3. WATER USAGE
 We require water for drinking, cooking, washing things, bathing, juice
manufacturing and many more.
 This is just for humans.
 Animals, birds, plants, Sea creatures are all dependent on water!
 But, still we waste water, daily.

4. WATER POLLUTION
 This is one the biggest crisis in the world.
 It happened due: on going pollution, industrial wastes is drained out here,
throwing plastics in water bodies.
 Tons of plastic is thrown in ocean every year.
 This also influences our diet, as fishes eat plastic, and we eat that fish.
 It also results in acid rain

6. STEPS TO CONSERVE WATER
 Water is very important, therefore water conservation is essential. It can
be done through by following given steps:-
 Use water only when required.
 Do not throw industrial wastes, plastics, diyas in waterbodies.
 Avoid washing castles in rivers or lakes.
 Do not pollute rivers.
