PROGRAMMEINFORMATION
This workshop has been developed to provide guidance
around the area of stakeholder engagement and
communication. It is intended to serve as a reference point
for all stakeholder engagement activities and will:
Provide guidance for identifying and engaging with
stakeholders;
Ensure that stakeholder engagement activities are
integrated and undertaken in a co-ordinated manner; and
Improve the effectiveness of engagement efforts
undertaken.
Communications will become efficient and effective using
the tools provided in this practical workshop.
Organizations have been communicating since their
inception many even have communication departments
dedicated to this crucial task. However, when
communication occurs in the context of a change , it is not
effective to simply tell people facts. Communication in the
change management context is just one of the critical tools
available to help employees successfully navigate a
transition. For communication to drive change at the
individual level, it must be focused and structured
