VOLUME IV – PRICE PROPOSAL
Volume IV: Price
• The offeror shall submit fully burdened firm fixed prices in US Dollars for all CLINs.
1 ATTACHMENT #1 – PRICE MATRIX
• The Offeror shall complete Attachment #1 - Price Matrix for the mobilization and all out
years by populating the highlighted blue cells. All blue highlighted cells shall be populated for
compliance purposes. For areas that the Offeror intends to propose no cost, Offerors shall
populate those cells with a zero (0). Proposals received without a completed Attachment #1 -
Price Matrix will be considered non-compliant and may not be considered for contract award.
Any documentation furnished to support the Price Matrix are to be provided in a format chosen
by the offeror that is easily traceable to the Price Matrix.
• Unit Prices. The unit prices proposed shall be all inclusive of wages, fringe benefits,
overtime and/or shift differential, overhead, general and administrative expenses, profit, material
handling, subcontract handling, and any phase-out costs. A detailed breakout of these costs may
be requested.

2 PRICE SUMMARY
• Summarize all significant pricing assumptions, scope limitations, exceptions and /or
qualifications of the Price Proposal.
• Do not complete unit pricing information on the SF 1449. All unit pricing shall be
submitted via Attachment #1 - Price Matrix.

3 PROPOSAL VALIDITY
• In addition, the offeror shall submit in writing that it agrees to hold the prices in its offer
valid for 180 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers.
