6. VitalPatch in Current Studies
Research is currently being conducted for patients with
heart failure. Three different continuous monitoring
devices (VitalPatch, AVIVO©, and DynaPort
MoveMonitor©) are being compared for usability,
reliability, and potential quality of life improvements.
This study is being performed over a period of 12-weeks.
This study is being funded by Bayer AG, a multinational
pharmaceutical company (Kramer, 2020).
