The presentation highlights the challenges that organisations face in managing business performance, describing vision and strategy using real examples to illustrate the most important point - it's all about driving smarter decisions for better business outcomes.
It then goes on to outline the reporting and visualisation options that help people get the value out of those analytics platforms.
