2. The Importance of Having Virtue in all aspects
Despite knowing many higher level educations provided in Indonesia, there
are many obstacles which the government must interfere, also a close supervision
must be conducted by the institutions itself.
What is happening here is showing us clearly that most of universities in
Indonesia have neglected the quality of their graduates. It is because of the
malpractice and the system that have been incurring during the colonial time. The
Netherlands invasion was not only the country, the resources but also the mindsets as

3. a whole. Almost no natives could take a higher educational level. They only grant
people to obtain a better education at their school as long as the Indonesian wanted to
work under their supervision and instruction.
In general, Indonesian people who have a diploma from higher educational
level at the time is fully respected and likely to be a sort of leader although they are
not the expert in the field. The certificate has become one of the best instruments to
persuade society that he/she has graduated from higher educational institution and big
opportunities are available for them. Most of them do not work in the area which are
not relevant to the major that they studied.
Let bygones be bygones, The national education board has imposed on the
bills that universities and students are not allowed to be out of the lines. The fact was
found that either students who were assigned to work on their final undergraduate,
graduated or doctoral thesis, handed their paperwork in some agencies which accept
such jobs. These students did not realise on the risks that they must bear once their
thesis are not purely theirs. It might be a good way of finishing their academics
through letting other people work on the project which supposed to be conducted by
themselves.
Plagiarism, it is obviously restricted by any universities nowadays. For those
who wish to graduate must finish their thesis based on their own perceptions,
researches and it must be accompanied and supervised by their supervisors. Well, this
is just probably the theory.

4. The fact in Indonesia is far away from the observers expectation. There are
many universities that rely on the thesis that the students prepared without checking
the originality of the content. From the students’ point of view, it is a best way to
accelerate their academics programmes, they do not need to go back and forth,
revising, making a new one as their final projects have been refused by the faculty.
Ironically, this does not only happen with the undergraduate students, however, the
graduated students and doctoral.
Can we figure out what may happen to the universities and the students who
caught or sued by other researchers who have journalised their paper in the
International journal and libraries?.. Send to jail or give them fine. These two are
pretty yes and the worst is that the National Education Board can withdraw their
accreditation and the students may lost their title and blacklisted from the society. If
this is true, who could be culpable in this case?? Universities, Students, or Agencies
that receive such final projects from them. ??
Anyone who counterfeits a diploma in any kind of domain is called fraud. By
virtue of their shortcut, they have taken others’ opportunities to pursue jobs which
someone has ability in the field. Now consider people who are sitting in the
companies or central/local government whilst they have no skills and abilities in what
they are doing?.. Inevitably, they will make a meaningful errors that affect the whole
operations or society.

5. It is a matter of basic personality that everyone must have although virtue
ethics focuses on the type of person ought to be. If those who know and realise that
what they have done will generate a suffer to others, they would have stopped and
have done the right way that do not have great affect the surroundings.
There should be neither war nor conflict between communities and
organisations because if they hold a good virtue ethics would understand about what
are the benefits effectively by doing so. A power, yes might be but it is not immortal
objective that everyone must have. Virtuous is showing how everyone should behave
regardless of the cause and effect.
Those who received diplomas through ordering their final projects to someone
have and worked in the area which are not their professions can not be put up with.
They tend to show that they have no a good character traits. Nevertheless, some
criticisms come up because those people who have fake diplomas also wanted to have
a good job, life condition, prosperity and to be respected by their society. Cheating
during examinations are also against virtue. What may come up to a public question
is that can we accept the wrongdoers in our society and to be respected in somehow?.
Reluctantly, none will answer such a question because the number of practitioners
were involved in obtaining or providing unethical orders and services. Feudalism has
become a trend so far, If this happens over again, then whose to blame?

6. Virtue ethics is showing how we react to particularly things without making
others feel suffer and blaming on someone else. Another good thing from virtue
ethics is that the explanation and motivation that are aimed to prevent from being
greed, having irrational thinking, egotistical character traits. However, not many
people who wish to show their virtuous for some reasons because it is a practical
wisdom.
