Routine HR Activities:
A. JOINING FORMALITIES:
 Filling HR forms for new joinees for client organization.
 Checking for the documents attached to ensure whether it’s complete in all respect or not..
 Updating new joinee details in Payroll sheet
 Sending Birthday mails to the employees.
 Compilation of attendance received from diff clients monthly and feeding the same in registers monthly for
salary processing and preparing reports.
 Sending probation confirmation and extension letter and maintaining the records for the various
organizations.
 Preparing & issuing warning, discontinuation and termination letters as and when required.
B. RECRUITMENT & SELECTION
Sending offer letters and preparing appointment letters for both company as well as contractual employees.
C. MEDICLAIM: Experience in handling ESI mediclaim single handedly and acting as arbitrator for all mediclaim
related issues and queries of all Various organization employees of Chennai.
 Coordinating with hospital authority & employee when needed to go for cashless facilities whether
planned hospitalization or emergency.
 Coordinating with internal employees for admission, discharge and cashless facility.
 Coordinating for bill submission and consequently follow up for reimbursement cases.

Maintaining HR Database, Documentations, Developing HR Formats, Maintaining Files and Record keeping.

 Making sure that exit formality is complete in all respect like submissions of resignation letter, asset
recovery form, charge handover, post separation feedback form, accounts clearance form duly filled and
signed by him and approved by concerned authority.
 Making sure that the employee has filled the PF form (Form 19 & 10c) correctly and submitted by the
employee.

 Emailing employees about changes in both HR & Company policies if any
