Routine HR Activities:
A. JOINING FORMALITIES:
Filling HR forms for new joinees for client organization.
Checking for the documents attached to ensure whether it’s complete in all respect or not..
Updating new joinee details in Payroll sheet
Sending Birthday mails to the employees.
Compilation of attendance received from diff clients monthly and feeding the same in registers monthly for
salary processing and preparing reports.
Sending probation confirmation and extension letter and maintaining the records for the various
organizations.
Preparing & issuing warning, discontinuation and termination letters as and when required.
B. RECRUITMENT & SELECTION
