 Monitor daily purchasing reports to determine what material needs to be

 Evaluate quotes techno commercially as well on best quality and return dates.
 Expedite the availability of material from the available sources and keep the all
sources alive to complete the project requirement.
 Co-ordinate with engineering / project execution team during the finalization of
order.
 Create PO’s and all other call off activities as per the availability of the material
and support the material group by delivering the material on timely basis.
 Schedules orders (delivery of finished goods) on weekly basis to ensure delivery
schedule meets.
 Customer requirements by monitoring planning reports and work in progress.
 Ensures material availability through accurate inventory monitoring by
investigating inventory discrepancies (overages/shortages) and making
correction recommendations.
 Carry out vendor visit for regular follow (to check the status of the material and
resolve commercial and technical implication if any which will hampered the
delivery schedule of the orders.)
 Inter department co ordination for vendor payment with finance, commercial
department and logistic department for placing the vehicle.
