Develop communication with parents, design creative lesson plans that take into account
diverse student needs, assess student needs, attend and lead common planning meetings,
perform basic administrative duties such as recording attendance, organizing student
portfolios, provide individual assistance to students as needed, mentored teachers, created
and implemented unit plans that aligned with the common core standards.
Wrote seven curriculums for the district.
Developed partnership with NJLEEP, which is part of Seton Hall Law School.
Developed a relationship with Lee Arbetman, the cowriter of the Street Law book, and
was able to secure an HP mentorship program for students.
