Assistant Principal 
· Collaborate with the leadership team to create and implement a system that will decrease the number of tardy students. 
· Researched and initiated a weekly walk through system for the Principal and Assistant Principals to collect data on classroom 
instruction and report out on patterns and trends across the building on a monthly basis. 
· Recognized in the School Works Monitor Site Visit Follow Up report as having “instructional and curriculum expertise [that] 
positively contributes to the administrative team.” 
· Decreased the number of office referrals by restructuring the building to move the Assistant Principal offices out of the main 
office.

Weekly Memo and presenting at faculty meetings and Title I/Open House events.

· Supervise and evaluate professional status and non-professional status teachers.

discipline.
