In recent, years RMG sector is biggest earner of foreign currency in Bangladesh. This sector has experienced an exponential growth since the 1980s. The sector contributes significantly to the GDP. It also provides employment to around 4.2 million Bangladeshis. This has affected the social status of many people coming from low income families. It is the only multi-billion-dollar manufacturing and export industry in Bangladesh. The country’s garments industry grew by more than 15 percent per annum on average during last 15 years. On the other hand, the term “Human resource” is a broad concept. Its meaning is the management of an organization's employees. While human resource management is sometimes referred to as a "soft" management skill, effective practice within an organization requires a strategic focus to ensure that people resources can facilitate the achievement of organizational goals. The Bangladesh RMG sector appointed a qualified person in this sector. They are recruiting in different reliable source. Many of Bangladeshi E-Recruitment agencies provide a qualified person.
The internet, which reaches a large number of people and can get immediate feedback has become the major source of potential job candidates and well known as online recruitment or E-recruitment. However, it may generate many unqualified candidates and may not increase the diversity and mix of employees.

EmbNum: Semantic Labeling for Numerical Values with Deep Metric Learning Phuc Nguyen
Semantic labeling for numerical values is a task of assigning semantic labels to unknown numerical attributes. The semantic labels could be numerical properties in ontologies, instances in knowledge bases, or labeled data that are manually annotated by domain experts. In this paper, we refer to semantic labeling as a retrieval setting where the label of an unknown attribute is assigned by the label of the most relevant attribute in labeled data. One of the greatest challenges is that an unknown attribute rarely has the same set of values with the similar one in the labeled data. To overcome the issue, statistical interpretation of value distribution is taken into account. However, the existing studies assume a specific form of distribution. It is not appropriate in particular to apply open data where there is no knowledge of data in advance. To address these problems, we propose a neural numerical embedding model (EmbNum) to learn useful representation vectors for numerical attributes without prior assumptions on the distribution of data. Then, the "semantic similarities" between the attributes are measured on these representation vectors by the Euclidean distance. Our empirical experiments on City Data and Open Data show that EmbNum significantly outperforms state-of-the-art methods for the task of numerical attribute semantic labeling regarding effectiveness and efficiency.

Automated information retrieval and servicing systems are a priority demand system in today's businesses to ensure instantaneous customer satisfaction. The chatbot system is an incredible technological application that enables communication channels to automatically respond to end-users in real-time and 24 hours a day. By providing effective services for retrieving information and electronic documents continuously and automating the information service system, the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is challenging to promote graduate school programs, update news, and retrieve student information in this era. This article discusses automated information retrieval and services based on the architecture, components, technology, and experiment of chatbots. The chatbot system's primary functions are to deliver the course and contact information, answer frequency questions, and provide a link menu to apply for our online course platform. We manage the entire functional process of gathering course information and submitting an application for a course online. The final results compare end users' perceptions of chatbot system usage to onsite services to ensure that the chatbot system can be integrated into the university's information system, supporting university-related questions and answers. We may expand our chatbot system's connection to the university's server to provide information services to students in various informative areas for future research.

These will only be gained when the symbolic structures have an actual semantics. I give an operational definition of semantics as “predictable inference”.
