Introduction  In English WOULD are words that always go together with a verb to give it a different meaning.  The auxiliary  would  is often used in polite requests and suggestions.
To write a sentences, the verb goes after the word WOULD. The verb does not use the word “to” before it, only the form of the verb.  I  would speak Chinese.  (Yo hablaría Chino) You  would play baseball.  (Tú jugarías beisbol) He would like to swim.  (Él le gustaría nadar) She would writes a letter.  (Ella escribiría una carta)  We would study English.  (Nosotros estudiaríamos Inglés) They would help me.  (Ellos me ayudarían)
To make a question, the auxiliary WOULD go at the beginning of the sentence.  For example:  Would you help me? Yes, I would help you.  No, I wouldn’t help you. Would you like to eat? Yes, I would like to eat.  No, I wouldn't’ t like to eat  Would you write a letter? Yes, I would write a letter.  No, I wouldn’t write a letter.
