Ducale SquareLocated next tot he    basilica and was the residence of the "Doges“   and the seat of   government. We also    find here the Bridge of    Sighs, a Baroque stone    bridge built in the seventeenth century that connects the Doge's Palace with the old prison.
Rialto BridgeLocated in the middle of the road of the Grand Canal and was built in 1588 by Antonio de    Ponte. It has a double   row of shops that    skirts the bridge is a tourist attraction.
 Basilica of Santa Maria of HealthIt is considered the    most splendid church    after San Marcos.The real name is Santa Maria della Salute.The Salute is a vast, octagonal building with two domes and a pair of picturesque bell-towers at the back. 
The Gallery of Fine ArtsLocated in the Grand Canal bridge accademmia. It has a wonderful collection of Venetian art by Canaletto, Guardi, Bellini,    Tintoretto and Titian.
Guggenheim CollectionPeggy Guggenheim    bought the Palazzo Venier dei Leoni on the Grand Canal in 1951    to house his collection   of modern art.
The Great School of San RoccoWas one of the great    Venetian guilds and        offers 56 paintings by    Tintoretto in the     opulent interior .
