2.  Ethernet is way of connecting to a Local area network
 It is used to connect a group of computers together using
wired internet, this allows data to be sent easily over the
network

 They are used to connect bridges and switches to create a
large working LAN

3.  Wireless internet is way of accessing the internet without
using a Ethernet cable
 It can be used to create a wireless local area network with
a wireless router
 based on IEEE 802.11 standards
 Any device with a wireless NIC can use “Wi-Fi” however
most mobile devices such as phones or tablets can do this
 W-fi is less secure because they do not need a Ethernet
cable to access the network so people can access the
network if they are in range
 A WLAN can be as big as its highest capacity and its range

4.  3G is the third generation of mobile telecommunications
technology
 3G is used by mobile devices to connect to the internet
when there is no internet access
 On the phone network O2, the speed of 3G is 2.9 Mb/s.
This is higher then the average speed of 1.8 Mb/s

5.  4G is the new forth generation of mobile
telecommunications technology
 New products that originally uses 3G now
have been upgraded to use 4G such as apples
“iPad air”
 4G is being record as 5-7 times faster then
3G, this means it can be used for more such
as streaming media
