Utilized Microsoft Access to import loan numbers and export data from business partners based on the loan number. Held
attorney firms accountable with this data to keep portfolio in compliance with Foreclosure business unit metrics.
Obtained projected liaison monthly and quarterly goals from liaison portfolios for the three milestones of Foreclosure. Based
upon the liaison portfolio that reached each milestone, I developed linear chart graphs to forecast the upcoming quarterly goals.
Coached and developed Foreclosure Liaisons to manage their pipeline and answer all communication until loan resolution was
met. Defended and utilized monthly audits with team members to ensure a 96% performance standard is maintained. Trained
four Foreclosure production teams (a 40 person staff) on a weekly and/or monthly basis.
