Men are historically unhappiest and account for most suicides worldwide. However, more men are now actively participating in exercise and sports daily to improve their health, appearance, and self-care. The target market for bringing more awareness to male self-care is 18-24 year old, single, college-attending men in the United States who are self-focused yet lack confidence but seek change and an adventurous lifestyle. A prototype package is proposed to help men set goals and work on themselves over 90 days to improve overall well-being.
