Vier jaar geleden startte het Centre for Innovation, onderdeel van Universiteit Leiden, met experimenteren met de mogelijkheden voor immersieve leerervaringen. Deze ontdekkingstocht resulteerde onder andere in een grootschalige, universiteitsbrede 360graden-VR-pilot. Tijdens deze sessie delen zij de inzichten die tijdens de gebruikerstesten zijn opgedaan. Hoe organiseer je een pilot rondom een nieuwe technologie? Hoe vertaal je een academisch concept naar een VR-leerervaring? En de belangrijkste vraag: werkt het?

Mijn uitgangspunt is samen sociale waarde creëren voor de maatschappij, de omgeving, de organisatie en de mensen. Innoveren zit in mijn bloed. Al vanaf het begin van mijn carrière was ik al bezig met het ontwikkelen van nieuwe concepten. In eerste instantie binnen Unilever en vanaf 2008 in het onderwijsveld. Daarnaast ben ik een echte netwerker met een groot en breed netwerk en deel ik mijn kennis grif met iedereen, gevraagd maar ook ongevraagd als tip of met een vooruitziende blik op wat als vraag zal ontstaan. Mijn kracht zit in de open communicatie met een vleugje Rotterdamse humor.

PROJECT
Zal V-pad ooit zijn weg naar de markt vinden?
Hoe kan dat op de meest haalbare manier?
- Vertrek van de bevindingen van het onderzoek en leer de ‘stakeholders’ voor V-pad
grondig kennen.
- Ontwikkel het meest haalbare business model (verdienmodel) voor V-pad.
Gebruik hiervoor als kapstok het Business model canvas.
- Integreer in dit business model aandachtspunten i.v.m. het internationaal
ondernemen; V-pad is een tool die een afzetmarkt zal vinden in een ‘niche-markt’;
een duurzaam business model zal daarom enkel haalbaar zijn in een
internationale markt.
- Beschrijf in dit business model hoe partners in dit verdienmodel zich juridisch tot
elkaar kunnen verhouden (financieel,intellectueel); denk aan: materieel,
mankracht, maar ook aan: patenten, kennis, parnterschappen, vertrouwen,…
- Maak van de bevindingen een schriftelijke neerslag in het Engels (mag ook via
digitale tools bv. Weebly) en geef hierover een mondelinge presentatie voor een
professionele jury.
