1) Take pictures of finished artwork in the back of the room using the camera's lights and easel to properly illuminate and frame the artwork. 2) Check that the camera settings are configured correctly, including removing the lens cap, setting the shutter priority mode, and ensuring the white balance is set to incandescent light. 3) Frame the artwork in the viewfinder and take test pictures, increasing the shutter speed if the images are blurry, to capture high-quality documentation photos of creations.
